The Queen's Huevos**
Specially marinated pork al pastor, topped with a savory cheese blend and baked and drizzled with a sweet and spicy pan sauce. Served with two eggs, rice, and three warm corn tortillas.

Crab and Shrimp Benedict**
A helping of crab meat and shrimp on our homemade maple corn cakes, two vine ripened tomato slices, avocado, and topped with our red pepper hollandaise sauce.

Crepes
A sweet oatmeal crepe, stuffed with cheese, chicken or carnitas, and Pico de Gallo, and drizzled with seasoned crema. Served with a cup of fruit on the side.
Avocado Toast
A gorgeous plate of toasted Challah bread topped with smashed avocados, marinated heirloom cherry tomatoes and onions, and topped with a drizzle of Sriracha and seasoned crema. Served with two eggs.
Torta Adobada
Our house recipe shredded pork roasted and seasoned to South of the border perfection on a toasted Telera roll with homemade chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices. Served with brunch potatoes.
Torta Cubana

Ahi tuna is seasoned with a crust of ground pepitas, citrus, ginger and chile powder, then seared and served with a bed of fresh greens, marinated tomatoes and onions, topped with seasoned crema and a slice of garlic toasted challah.
